Is It Safe To Use Betnovate-N For Long Periods Of Time?

Sir I m 20 years old I have some pimpeles dark spots blackheads on my face n I started using betnobet N from a week and it defected so good n I want to use it regularly bt someone told me that if I gwill have some skin problems suggest me if I can use it permanently or not...?ggest me if I can use it permanently or not...?

I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns...
Betnovate n cream is not indicated in pimples. You can use it in dermatitis and eczema but your dermatologist will prescribe it to you.
It can flare up acne and cause skin irritation if you use it fir long periods . you should not use it regularly particularly in pimples.
You should consult dermatologist so that you can be prescribed drugs appropriately... Avoid soap and towels to skin. Use anti acne face wash and meet dermatologist...
