Is It Safe To Use Betnovate Cream On The Face For The Acne Problem?

I use betnovate n in my face for acne, and it helps me a lot, i don`t have severe acne problems but still it helps me a lot. i apply it before i go to sleep and the next day my face is perfect.... but i`m reading that it should never be applied in the face, but is the best tha i used so far !!!

As per your complain Betnovate cream is a steroid formulation and is effective in treating acne by reducing inflammation and also effective in treating hyperpigmentation and dark spots on face..
Although steroids can have deleterious effects on skin as they can cause skin thinning, inflammation, redness, rashes, excessive hairgrowth and swollen veins under the skin..

You can however use betnovate only under supervision of a Dermatologist, although you can also use other anti acne products like benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin and niacinamide gel, adapelene gel and do cool compresses over pimples..
You can also exfoliate you skin twice a week..
Avoid oily food..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
