Is It Safe To Use Demelan To Improve Skin Tone And Blemishes On Face?

my face is dark of body and some black marks on face so my doctor advised to use demelan cream two time and deriva cms gel use at night or to take folibuild ; i am use its for days now my face is red and pach also on my face please help me sir
