Is It Safe To Use Doxy For Tenosynovitis?

hello doctor.i m suffering from tenosynovitis from the past 2 months..My doctor has given me Doxy-1-l-DR. and aceclophenec with it..Is it ok to use doxy for tenosynovitis?? what other medicines can i use and what are the other methods to reduce my pain..as i unable to do any work with my right hand.plz help me.
