Is It Safe To Use E45 Cream For Burns?

i was having a smoke outside an i picked up a old spray can n whn i put it back on the ground it explode with fire an covered my right hand with 1 sec fire cus of the spray that was in the can it feels burning n hurts alot but iv added E45 cream to it is that cream ok to use for burns
