Is It Safe To Use Fucidin For Diaper Rash?

I was prescribed fucidin 2% for my daughters nappy rash that had become infected but after applying it once before her bed the next morning n all day she was feverish n really limp didn t want to be put down n was really sleepy was this a reaction? If so what ingredient is she allergic to?

Hello,

If it was an infected rash then you can apply the Fucidin. The fever and limpness can be due to infection of the rash. If fever continues then the baby needs oral antibiotics.
