Is It Safe To Use Hemp Oil For Scalp Oiliness And Dandruff?

I had a bout with breast cancer, had straight radiation over course of three years, am now free of it, just taking meds. Within last year, hair is falling out, but never got bald, however, another problem....scalp is just excessfully loaded with oily residue, andmdandruft that I cannot control. Recently one of my doctors sug. using organic hemp seed oil. I bought it 2 weeks ago, take it each day, but scalp is just a cap of this greasy mixture of it and dandrupft. What can I do.
