Is It Safe To Use Meftal Spas For Painful Menstrual Cramps?

I have very painfull periods. I have been regularly using meftal spas on the first day of my periods. I am getting married in 3 months and I read somehwere that using pain killer during periods may create lots of difficulties to become pregnant. Iam really worried about his. Please can you advise me if taking meftal spas is good for health or not.
