Is It Safe To Use Mometasone Furoate Cream For Sore In Nose?
i have a sore in my nose (left nostril) that isn't going away. I had this a few years ago (exact same place) and I think, but am not sure, the doctor gave me Mometasone Furoate Cream USP. Does this sound like this is what he gave me, and if so, safe to apply to inside nose?

Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having acute vestibulitis.
If I were your treating doctor , i would prescribe you Antibiotic steroid ointment . Not only steroid-Mometasone Furoate Cream USP .Also i advice you to clean that area with antiseptic solution. Continue antibiotic steroid ointment few more days after getting relief as it has tendency to reappear.
