Is It Safe To Use A Far Infrared Sauna With A Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant That Has A Lithium Battery?

I have a spinal cord stimulator implanted. I have still yet to get an answer on this I have a far infrared sauna I would like to know if I can use it with this implant which has a lithium battery.Boston Scientfic cannot even answer this question is there anyone out there that knows if this is safe
