Is It Safe To Use Candibiotic Eardrop For Ear With Hole In Membrane?

doctor, there is a big hole in my ear membrane, I have suffered ear infection for many years. I went to hospital and the doctor gave me Candibiotic eardrop. When I used this, I felt a litte hurt and hot in the ear, it's not very strong but made me scare. I dont know whether this kind of ear drop is safe for the ear with a hole in membrane?

candibiotic is to be used if there is fungal infection. sometimes the infection leads to raw surfaces and hence pain. Don't worry and continue with it.
