hi I have SLE Lupus and I have been pregnant twice my first pregnancy was in 1999 which ended in a misabortion the second was 2006 which I aborded b/c I was nervouse. Now I am ready my fiancé and I have been trying for over a year and nothing. Should I try clomid a fertility drug
