Is It Safe To Use Clonazepam While Doing The HCG Drops?

I am beginning the HCG diet tomorrow; however, I have reservations about continuing my nightly dosage of clonazepam i.e. kolodopin while on the drops. Is it safe to use clonazepam while doing the HCG drops? I am prescribed them for sleep/anxiety issues; however, do not want to put myself at risk for health issues.
