Is It Safe To Use Dermal Roller While Taking Isotretinoin?

Hi good day! My name is Mark, 23 yrs old. I m taking isotretinoin for three months now and will continue taking it up to 6th month as my dermatologist advised me. So far there s no any acne appearing in my face aside from the acne scars it have left. I wanted these acne scars to be gone and recently i just found out the dermal roller that can be used at home personally and it promise to give good results for my acne scars to be disappeared. But my question is, Is it safe for me to use dermal roller while taking isotretinoin? I hope to seek answers as well as good advise from you. Thank you!

You didn't mention the ingredient of the dermal roller, what does it contain?
So it is difficult to give a proper advice on this matter. Please ask the question again with the ingredients of that particular dermal roller.
In general, If you want to use it, then apply small amount in a small area, if it ich or cause redness then don't use it. If it doesn't cause this, then you may use it.
Best wishes.
