If you have a normal exercise routine, it is absolutely safe to continue it in pregnancy (until told otherwise by your doctor). Exercise is great for you and is an important aspect of a healthy pregnancy. Listen to your body, though. If something hurts, stop or decrease the intensity. If you notice any abdominal cramping or vaginal bleeding, stop and go get evaluated.
