Is It Safe To Use Faceclin Gel For Face?

My doctor just prescribed the Faceclin gel to be used on my face every alternate night for a month. Is it safe? I have oily acne prone skin. I usually get pimples around the time of my menstrual cycle and have blackheads otherwise. Is this gel safe? Are there any side effects?

This medicine is safe to use. It is recommended for acne prone skin. You can apply on the pimples twice daily.
