Hi, I just have a couple of questions on my breathing and hearing, i have been noticing that i feel like i have to think about the way i’m breathing all the time and i feel like i have to force myself to breathe but when i stop thinking about it i breathe shallowly. Should i be concerned? My pediatrician had me take a hearing exam but i noticed that it seemed that my hearing was delayed but ended up hearing it just fine, but i have a hard time hearing people still especially when people whisper. Is it safe to use hearing amplifiers?
