Is It Safe To Use Higher Dose Of Sabutamol Than Required?

I use a 100mg sabutamol inhaler as and when needed but lately ive been using a 200mg because my Nan gets them for free off her doctor. Could this be harmful using a stronger one? In the morning Im very chesty but it clears when i get up, been happening for a couple of weeks !
