Is It Safe To Use Skin Lightning Creams For Acne Prone Skin?

Hi I'm srinik.I have a wheatish complexion. I had acne once but I started taking vitamin c and those acnes has receded. I use lakme sunscreen having a SPF of 24 and peach milk moisturizer. I'm thinking of using skin lite. But I'm afraid of those side effects. My skin peels in winter. Help me. I'm not able to make up my mind. I just can't afford to have those acne again on my skin and I long for having a fair complexion. Help me out.

Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Skinlite cream is a Steroid based cream and in case if you have a pimple prone skin as well as wheatish complexion do not use Skinlite as initially it can show good results but in long term it can have deleterious effects on skin and can cause skin thinning, pimples, increased pigmentation, increased hair growth on face etc..
I would suggest you to use Kojic Acid , Glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams for improving complexion..
You can use Vitamin E gel..
Use Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
For pimples apply Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide gel over pimples..
You can also apply Adapelene gel that is a retinoid..
You can go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
