Is It Safe To Use Super Glue On Cut In Thumb?

Hello, I had a deep, sharp, narrow cut on the inside of thumb. About quarter inch deep, 1/2 inch long, and 1/8th of inch wide. It didn t bleed much and I just used a tiny dab (smaller than a pea) of something like super glue to help close it. 50% MEK, 25% acetone, 15% polyurethane, 10% Ethyl Acetate. Will I be okay with the small exposure to these chemicals? It did sting a bit when I put it on. Thank you
