Is It Safe To Use The Electronic Cigarette During Pregnancy?

Hi,my name is Lamia,i am 4 weeks pregnant and i am a smoker but not a heavy one,i smoke like 5 cig. a day,and i am struggling to quit,should i have to completely quit? if so,what are the steps to make it easier? as i find it very hard to quit,and what do you think about the electronic cigarette during pregnancy? thank you :)

hiii dear

it would better if you completely quit smoking
because it would affect your baby also

try to cut down gradually and if u feel craving than go for nicotine gums as a replacement therapy

but in early weeks of pregnancy in which fetal organogenesis occur it would better to stop completely thank u
