Is It Safer To Use Marijuana Than Alcohol While Ceftriaxone Is In My System After A IV Dose?

i wiped out on a bike at 40kmh and i got ceftriaxone at the hospital through IV which i believe i got 50mg and i’m going back tomorrow for 50mg again. I have a party tomorrow for graduation and i’ve become aware that i can’t drink but i do plan to smoke weed. All i want to know is marijuana safer than alcohol with ceftrisxone in my system
