Is It Serious If There Is A Block In Heart And Doctors Are Worried About Tricuspid Valve Leak?

My mother has had mitral valve replaced followed by a pacemaker then changed to pacemaker defibrillator. She had a hole in her heart repaired and then a couple of months ago she had to have the PM replaced. She has had fluid build-up in her abd which was tapped off late last summer. Now she is back in the hospital, had a cath this am which shows small blockage requiring a stent, they are concerned about tricusbid valve leak and she is scheduled for transesophogeal echo in the am. They say she may need to be transferred to Cleveland clinic. She is 73, CHF, EF 23, I am wondering just how serious this may be. Any info to shed some light would be appreciated.
