Is It Serious To Get Pins And Needles,weakness,hot And Cold Flushes After Eight Days Of An Accident With Lab Reports Being Normal?

Hi, I was hit by a car last tues.went to a and e, they did xrays, ecg, bp glucose etc and everythg was clear. They cleared me and i went home. A few days later, I became lightheaded, dull ache, dizziness/vertigo and now feeling pin and needles on my left side hand and foot. I went back to a and e who discharged me saying I have nothing wrong neurologically and that after 7 days, if the symptoms don't reside then to go back. it's been 8 days now, i'm still getting pins and needles and light headedness,feel week, hot and cold flushes, is it serious?
