Is It Serious To Get Severe Pain Behind Left Eye During 10 1/2 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Hi. I have been experiencing severe pain behind my left eye since yesterday, accompanied by fatigue. I have a history of Marfan's syndrome and am currently ten and a half weeks pregnant. I have not been put on any beta blockers, as I do not currently have a cardiologist. I experienced this same feeling for about a week during my sixth week of pregnancy, but dismissed it as a "pregnancy headache". Could this be more serious?
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it appears to be the hypertension which is causing the head ache.At this time of pregnancy the first thing you should look after is the hypertension. The other causes may be the marfan's syndrome. anxiety etc. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, general health and resistance against infections. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
