Is It Serious To Have A Sore Throat After Performing Oral Sex?

Hi , so I performed oral sex on my boyfriend about two days ago and he came only a little bit in my mouth. I woke up today with my throat feeling rather sore. its very mild though. Neither him or I have had other sexual partner before. Could it be serious?

Hello,
If he has non sexual problems before then there are less chances of infection.
It could be the infection in the smegma or the skin of the boys penis that has caused sore throat. You should take gargles like with betadine antiseptic gargle or other gargle available at your place . the sore throat should get relieved.
For the next time you could ask him to wash the organ and then do the oral.It is important for him to retract the prepuce and wash it with soap water if not circumcised.
