the tip of my prick is inflammatory occasionally after i had washed it clean with soap after having sex using condom. is it some kind of STD? urine test was normal.

If you have had sex with condom, then there is no need for you to worry. Just relax. No need of any tests. But if the condom has ruptured then, everything is possible.
