Is It Still A Concern If My Stool Appears Brown And Firm Now, But Wiping Shows Dark Yellow, Despite Ongoing Liver Issues And Past Diarrhea?

hello. So for half a year now I’ve experienced yellow stool and a lot of diarrhea. My gallbladder is fine but my liver seems to be suffering but they haven’t told me why. I’ve been able to get my stool to a brown color but when I wipe it looks dark yellow on the toilet paper. Is this still a cause of concern? Or is it good that my stool looks darker and more firm.
