Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Get it done endoscopy of both ears to know the exact cause.

Possible with a fungal infection like mucormycosis or external otitis media or ear wax (dried).

Avoid water entry into the middle ear.

Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
