Is It To Be Concerned About Swelling In The Eyeballs?

when I place my hand over my eyes, the left eyeball feels larger than the right. Also, I like sleeping on my stomach, however when I awaken the side I slept on my eye is puffy and swollen and there is pressure around the side of my head and behind the eye. I feel lousy

Sleeping posture may apparently make some difference, but it does not effect the eye size or action. You can under go complete eye checkup., Vision , refraction,IOT Measurement, fundusexamination, ocular muscle movement. If these test are normal, then nothing to worry. Try to lead a active life. you will have no eye problem.
