Is It To Be Concerned About The Bump On The Scrotum Due To Cut?

Hello about 8 months ago i have trimmed my hair on my scrotum with small scissors, i accidentally poked my skin and punctured it with a very small hole. i let it heal and it turned to a small bump, ever since then it has not gone away and has grown a little, about the size of half an eminem. any suggestions as to what it is?
