Is It To Be Concerned About The Discomfort In The Heart Suddenly?
i woke up and i felt like something was wrong with my heart cuz i was feeling a weird sensation in my upper breast bone/ throat so then i got up and felt like i had trapped gas so i treid to burp it out and after a while a huge burp comes out and then i feel better for the time being and then when i get up again the same thing happends. i dont know if its just like heartburn becasue there is no burning sensation or if its something to do with my heart. what should i do!
The symptoms you have mentioned points towards the presence of gastritis. I would have adviced my patient to make lifestyle modifications like having a well balanced food at regular intervals. And also would recommend sleeping on your left side to avoid regurgitation. If this doesn't reduce the symptoms, then medications like pantoprazole can be preclsicribed for 1-2 weeks. I would also advice for a general check up including ECG and assess cardiovascular disease risk to rule out any cardiac related causes. Hope this helps.Thanks.
