Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello, my father has had non-hodgkins lymphoma for almost 3 years. He is currently taking chemo for the 3rd time. He was admitted to the hospital with a white count of zero and a red count of 7.4 the other night. They have drained 2-3 liters of fluid from his plural sac which had collapsed his right lung. They have him on massive doses of antibiotics. He's had two units of blood. He is in isolation, he is very weak, tremors, become incontinent, headaches and seems to be undergoing some personality change. My concern is that the lymphoma has spread to his brain and we are not getting any clear answers from his doctors. I'm wondering if this is end stage and what we should be prepared for over the next couple of months.
