Is It To Be Concerned About The Pus Cells Level In Urinalysis Result?

Good day. i need help in interpreting my urinalysis result: color pale straw, hazy transparency, reaction is 6.5, spec. gravity is 1.005, negative albumin and sugar. My RBC is 1-2 and pus cells is 35-40. Amorphous urate few, squamous epith cells moderate, and few bacteria. please help... thank you

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy colour of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,few bacteria and RBC in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
