Is It To Be Concerned About The Wrinkling In The Penis?

i have already made a doctor appointment but its not until friday next week... im a little concerned since i have never seen my penis shaft this way... its the space between the head and the circumsition line that has become extremely wrinkled, it seems like irritation, there a redish hue to it, but when i stretch it i dont see any bumps nor elevations on the skin. theres is no pain, nor itch of any kind... it is merely visually unpleasing, and just want to get out of my head the seriousness of such an event... until i get to the appointment
