Is It True That Digital Mammograms Cause Less Harm Than The Regular Mammograms?
I understand that digital mammograms are much safer for patients regardless of any previous cancer because the patient does not experience such high rates of radiation that is found in regular mammograms. If this is true, does a patient have the option to choose digital mammograms and will insurance companies normally

mammogram is safe test either digital or regular, I think as long as the diagnosis is concern for the breast cancer the investigation is matter and not the safety or harm due to the method, if the malignancy is suspected then one has to go through such investigation unconditionally, hope this information helps you.
