Is It True That Micro-concussions Can Occur From Exercises Like Running Or Jumping, And Could They Impact Cognitive Function Over Time?
Recently i heard about a thing such as micro-concussions. I heard that it appears in most of the exercises including running, jumping, hitting the punching bag etc. Is this a real thing? I want to turn cardio exercises into a habit of mine but i don’t want to lose extra intelligence quickly or over time.
