Is It Unhealthy To Sleep After A Morning Walk?

i sleep for an hr after coming from my mornin walk.. i walk from 6-7am and den come home n sleep till 8...i m 23 yrs old. n hv just started walkin...my reason to start walkin is to stay fit n loose few kgs in the same span...is it unhealthy to sleep after the walk??

There were no proven facts that one must not sleep after walking by doing so your body will get realaxed tats it..but usually without sleeping you feel fresh all d day just try it once and make out the difference.
