Is It Unsafe To Perform A Head Massage On A Client With A Right-side Venous Stent And On Low-dose Blood Thinners For Migraines And TMJ Pain?

Hello Doctor, I am a licensed massage therapist , a wellness center I work for booked a client on a low dose of blood thinners and has a venous stent in on the right side of head . she wants a massage to ease migraines . TMJ and pain. Am i correct that a head massage would be dangerous for this person?
