Is Itching In The Hands A Symptom Of A Heart Attack?

I have boarder line high blood pressure I developed it after ibjad my baby. It has gotten a lot better. I was not pit on medication and I have adopted a no salt diet and the hbp has gotten much better, but not totally gone. I recently at pumpkin muffin and my hands started itching. I read some where that that s a sign of a heart attack. I would like to know of this is true. Thank you.
