Is Knee Pain Due To Chondromalacia Patellae Curable?

hello dr i had knee pain .when i ask abt it my dr they say may be chondromalacis patell & they prescibe me mega free flex tab.1 tab at afternoon for 3o day.my height is 5.6 n weight is 64 n age 20 yrs..n i don't want to incase my body weight.n is this condition is curable pls give me proper suggetion for cure this condition.?
