Is Krill Oil Same As Omega Supplement To Reduce My Cholesterol?

I am allergic to fin fish - I am looking for an Omega supplement that has the same benefits as Omega 3 in lowering cholesterol - I came across Krill Oil - instead of using Omega's -will Krill Oil be the same as using Omega's?

Dear Jerry,

Krill oil also contains Omega 3. It is similar to fish oil.
But if you are allergic to fish you should try very cautiously.
