I had an eleven and a half week first trimester abortion four days ago. Tonight i noticed both breast were lactating .....should i be concerned that the abortion didd not work?

Understand your concern
Lactation after abortion is not normal. You are lactating because of hormonal imbalance (more progesterone and estrogen).
You have to consult the gynecologist and go for USG to confirm the abortion process.
If incomplete abortion will be there, you can use misoprostol or D & c.
