Is Laser Or Invasive Surgery Advisable?

I have developed posterior capsular opacity after cataract removal from my right eye.The left eye which was operated last year is ok.

My doctor has asked me to apply Renolen eyedrops for two months and report back .She assures me it will improve my vision and if not she will do a minor needling type surgery to make a hole instead of Laser.

Can u advise if Laser will be better or if invasive syrgery is good enough?

Intracapsular operation have bee n done. In this procedure chance of posterior cataract is there. you may use renlan drop and report to doctor after two months In this case there is no indication of laser surgery.
