Is Laser Spine Decompression Surgery A Viable Alternative To Spinal Fusion While Having Severe Bilateral Foraminal Stenosis And Failed Epidurals?

My recent MRI diagnosed Severe Bilateral Foraminal Stenosis due to Disc Bulge and Facet Arthropathy, worst on the right. my pinched nerve causes pain in my right ankles, shins and foot when I walk or stand and at night when I try to sleep. Done epidural injections for 25 years, but they longer work for more than a few days I am 79 years old and trying to avoid a fusion procedure. considering the laser spin decompression surgery done in Florida. I live in Wisc.
