Is Laser Therapy, Suggested For Uterus Mass Removal?

Hello Doctor, I wanted to ask about a 62 x 47 x 41mm size mixed echogenic solid mass seen from right lateral fundal region of the uterus in the sonography report. We are planning to get it operated. can it be operated with laser or it needs to be operated on ?
