Is Leg Cramps And Soft Cervix Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I had my periods first on 3rd Nov then on 30th Nov. I usually have 30 Days cycle. But this time I missed my periods. And I am getting cramps in my legs. Apart from this my cervix is soft and its watery, a white color water most of the time What are these signs. I am 31 Yr old and trying to get pregnant.

You are having most common cardinal symptom of pregnancy; i.e. you have missed your period. Moreover, on clinical examination your cervix is soft and you are having increased vaginal discharge which is clear.
Yes dear, these all signs are suggesting the possibility of pregnancy.
Do you have nausea and vomiting with pica, frequency of urination and breast symptoms like engorgement with tenderness, darkening of the nipples & areola with increase in the areolar size or secretions though the nipples? These all symptoms further strengthen the diagnosis of pregnancy.
Please get your urine tested for pregnancy. Now it is more than 2 weeks that you have missed your menses; so by this time, urine pregnancy test will definitely be conclusive.

The other cardinal symptoms and some signs start appearing about 10-15 days later.
The other cardinal symptoms of pregnancy are:
1. Nausea, vomiting & Pica
2. Frequent urination
3. Breast symptoms like engorgement with tenderness, dark discolouration of nipples & areola with areolar widening, Montgomery's tubercles under areola and secretions from the nipples.
Please introspect yourself to find out whether you have any of these.
Soft cervix also is a cardinal sign of pregnancy which is appreciable on examination at around 15 days after the missed period. Because of the congestion, the cervix has increased secretions also. Along with, the uterine size also starts increasing. The uterus which in nonpregnant state is pear shaped now becomes globular. However these signs are depicted by a Gynaecologist after per vaginal examination. In fact it is almost 4 months since you have missed your period, so if you are pregnant, the uterus can be felt from the abdomen also. So please report to your Gynaecologist for the clinical examination and diagnosis.
However, from your side, you can perform pregnancy test on overnight first morning urine sample. Now that you have missed your period for almost 4 months, the test will be definitely decisive. Alternatively, at this stage, ultrasonography will also be conclusive. In fact I would advise you to go for ultrasonography since it will provide you the information regarding the growth of the baby, normalcy of the pregnancy, etc. along with the detection of pregnancy.
Please consume daily Folic acid tablets irrespective of pregnancy.
