Is Letoval Same As Clomid Or Better Than That?

hi, i took clomid for 5 months than i stop taking it, after 2-3 month i was pregnant without any medicine. but after 15th days i had misscarage. than i went to india and my mom's doctor gave me some medican for few months this month i have to take letoval medican. is this same as colimd or better than that. because i don't want to take the clomid again
