I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend for three days straight before my period and I only had my period for two days and it was light,I usually have my period for seven days straight and it is usually on the heavier side, could I have possibly gotten pregnant?

Hello dear,

Thank you for your contact to health care magic.

I read and understand your concern.

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

Menstration as absolute relation with the pregnancy.

If you are pregnant you will not have menstruation, if you are not pregnant you will have menstruation.

There is no way inbetween to it. Mild bleeding or spotting won't suggest you are pregnant.

For the confirmation you can test yourself by urinary pregnancy test. If it's coming positive you're pregnant.

In my opinion you are negative for non pregnant but even if you are worried you can test yourself for urinary pregnancy test.

For in the future you should use the condom. This will prevent the future such problems.

I will be happy to answer your further concern on bit.ly/DrArun.

Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
