General Surgeon 's  Response
1) cholecystectomy is very safe surgery and standard treatment for gall bladder stones.
2) there is no beneficial role of lithotripsy for multiple small gall bladder stones.
3) in presence of swelling of gall bladder on scan (suggest obstruction of gall bladder due to tiny impacted stone) cholecystectomy is indicated.
